Banking executives should face the music.
The findings of the Royal Commission into misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry have shocked and disappointed bank customers and rocked the banking industry.
Over the past few weeks we’ve heard that several senior executives from some of the institutions have resigned in the wake of what has been claimed in the Commission and no doubt more will follow but is that the right thing to do?
Sarah Cornally is a Leadership Advisor and she told Kayley Harris that some of these executives might be better staying with their bank and cleaning up their mess. In other words they should stay and face the music, resigning is a cop out!
